Clean State Healthy Citizens.

Clean State Healthy Citizens.
Do you know what is `Clean State Healthy Citizens`? I doubt not all of you know. Let me give you a definition about it. I began with `Clean`, the meaning is free from dirt, if we combine it with `State` it make a great sense there. An organized political community forming part of a country is a federation or republic that is free from dirt. Simple right? How about `Healthy Citizens`? the definition of these word is a person who as a member of a country, that is `State` either by birth or by being granted such rights that having a good health. Well? That’s the definition.
`Clean State Healthy Citizens`? Do you think you are in a healthy condition? Do you think your state is clean? There are a lot of things happen now, as the pollution bring us down. We can’t be like this! We need to strive for cleanliness! The earth need our help to! Do you hear the earth shout for it? Maybe we need to open our eyes and unplug our ears. These are some tips for it.
First, Air and water pollution has long been a concern in the major cities but our concern should not end there. Other cities and even small towns are suffering from the effects of pollution. These effects and restore health to the ecosystem and human life. The term air pollution is used quite often, but what does it actually mean? Basically, it can be defined as the presence of chemicals in the atmosphere in concentrations high enough to effect climate and harm organisms and materials.
As a citizens we have pledge to keep our state to be a clean, healthy, safe and friendly environment. Where are those promises? How about the students in the school? As a teacher, they need to control and teach them to somehow take good care of the tables, chairs and other things in the classrooms. As a student, they also need to obey the school rules and learn to make a better life in our state. We all have our duty as a citizen. If the things are broken or destroy in to pieces it causes the environment in the state, think about the trees will cut down to make those things. The oxygen will became decreases every second we cut the trees down. That’s why we need to take good care of them, to prevent the insufficiency of materials to make them.
Next, do you notice this junk? I call it junk mail, I know it important but do you know how much trees are cut down to make the junk mail? The junk mail delivered to your address alone would be the equivalent of 1½ trees – which adds up to 100 million trees every year. Some of our citizens not well use with the junk mail after read it. They just throw it away on the ground or do not think of the 3R’s. Instead throw it away, how about use the benefits of recycle bins? Make the effort to it! Some communities are starting to charge fines to people who are throwing away items that should be recycled. And if your community doesn't pick up recyclables (or only certain ones) you can usually find someone who accepts them. Check with dry cleaners, supermarkets, manufacturers, your local public works department and civic organizations to find where recycled goods can be dropped off.
We still in the same topic, still about papers. Papers are all over the earth. Use both side of paper is a good idea! If you print out a document you can't use, try cutting it into fourths and stack them next to your computer or telephone. They make the perfect size for quick notes. Put some on your night stand for that quick reminder to yourself. Or, if you do a lot of printing from your computer that is only for your use, use the second side of obsolete or imperfect documents. It doesn't matter that there's something on the other side. If you work in several offices and brought home reams of scrap paper from the copier room that was still blank on one side. You also can give the papers to your children to colour on. They do not need clean papers to colour on. You can also keep a look out for blank-sided paper in all that junk mail mentioned in #5. `Health is the capacity of the land for self-renewal. Conservation is our effort to understand and preserve this capacity` says by Aldo Leopold.
Then, plastic bags are not biodegradable materials right? They’re do not decomposes fully. In addition, the ink is made up of cadmium and is highly toxic when released. Paper bags are reusable and biodegradable. Choose paper instead of plastic. Also if your purchase is small enough, don't take a bag at all. This alone could save hundreds of millions of bags. Bring a cloth or string bag for smaller shopping trips. When you go to a shopping trip, you can purchase recycle thing instead vice versa. That way you are helping to converse natural resource and natural protecting our world.
Don’t ever litter at your own state! At other state? Also cant! Please don't litter! If you’re smoking put your cigarette butts in ash trays and then deposit those ash trays in waste receptacles. Littering has resulted in litter taxes, which generate funds to educate the public about not littering. Very little of that money is used for actual litter cleanup. Cleaning up litter is much like mopping up the floor while the faucet is running. It's so easy to put your trash in appropriate trash containers. The few extra steps to the trash will benefit to your health as well.
In order to keep our state clean and healthy citizens, we also need to keep the earth save. Want to make your state clean and beautiful? Maybe your citizens strong and healthy? Plant some trees. Trees produce oxygen and cool the air. You can either grow seedlings yourself, or purchase them from a nursery. If we surround with these green coloured organisms, we surely be cool too. It will bring peace and calm state, no more hot and sweaty.
What makes a state clean? What entitles a state to be called “a clean state?” Is it states consisted of healthy citizens, who preserve nature? The earth is full of materials that we just throw away and put to waste rather than use them for productive things. In order to answer these questions we have to look at the root causes, and then make changes whether big or small accordingly. One of the root causes that we will look at is waste disposal, and how it keeps are state from becoming “clean states.” Let us look at how big of a “waste” food. We just make food thoughtlessly since we need it as human beings, yet we don’t realize that just wasting food creates a dilemma for not only us but every living thing.
However, “waste” is a big thing that attract small animals such as rats, mice and insects, and bring diseases that could be transferred to humans. Of course we need these creatures since they help the food chain, but if they are brought to cities because of food waste then we are hurting the health of our states as well as damaging crops or food. If we take a look at pigs being fed food waste we can see that this can cause swine flu or spread pathogens to humans. Waste, whether it is food, things, or liquids it is polluting and poisoning to human beings. Especially, illegally dumped chemicals and motor oil can contaminate lands, creeks and water supplies. It can seriously disrupt the balance of nature, people could get sick if they were to drink or swim in polluted water, and in extreme cases, can cause human fatalities.
Having a clean and healthy environment is one of the key requisites for a state’s development. However, it’s quite ironic that as development continues to grow, lifestyles also adjust to this and if this change happens further, exploitation of the planet’s resources in turn accelerates. With the fast paced life we are living in today, there have been many developments in different areas most specifically technology given that with any resource that is being used to produce something will result to production of wastes and deploring public health conditions. Furthermore, as development progresses, population also grows and apparently population growth directly effects generation of wastes, be it solid or liquid. As a result, some of the offensive wastes during the first half of this century were hazardous. Indeed, rapid urbanization, population growth and changes in lifestyles in low and middle-income countries contribute to increasing the per capita domestic waste generation. In fact, millions of metric tons of waste are being generated worldwide.
So, don’t waste your thing in a wrong way. We want healthy citizens right? Then, how about some changes. Use a simple 3R’s method, “Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle”. That’s the tips to keep our inspirational quote a life, “Clean State Healthy Citizens”. And also to help our planet earth! Hope the tips help you!
